The frame is very sturdy, well made. But the cushion is very thin material looks, and feels cheap. The first photo with the black and white pillows, is the original cushion, the second photo, I added a memory foam, and covered it with a new cover. Now Its comfortable.

It arrived in good shape and condition, well packed. I was curious how they fit 2 chaise lounge into one box, thought I was missing something for a second, but they did fit though. They were pretty easy to put together, instruction was straightforward, after unboxing, there were 4 panels, including 2 long and 2 short. It seemed to be only one way to assembly by putting 1 long and 1 short together, then adding legs. The reclining part came pre-assembled, save you headache assembly.It may took a while for cushions to be expanded, but it worth the time. I like the cushion fabric with a great hand feeling to it, they also have the thoughtful tie to it, makes it stable to the chair.I would recommend this item.

Overall the lounge chairs look great next to our pool. They are extremely comfortable, and complement out outdoor space very well. You can adjust the chair to various positions from flat to a comfortable reading position. Also its nice that the cushions are white, since the sun doesn't make them unbearable to enjoy in the warmest of days. The installation was easy and quick. I like that the chairs fold flat (for storage) for the winter with the exception that the legs need to be unscrewed (a quick solution). Although this is outdoor furniture, from experience I strongly recommend to purchase chaise covers, as the elements can take a toll on the most expensive of furniture. This will prolong your lounge chairs and keep them looking new for years, a small price to pay in my opinion. Overall a great purchase at a very reasonable price, would highly recommend.

I bought this because reviews said easy to assemble. I must be an idiot because it is NOT easy to assemble and instructions are bare minimum. Holes do not line up! And it would have been nice to have an extra of each tiny piece. Would that break the company???

These chairs look very nice, but the hardware to assemble the chairs was not included in my order. Is there anyone I can speak to from this company to get the hardware? I would love to be able to use these chairs, but cannot with the proper tools to put these together.

Nice overall product, if it's only to look at. After less than one year the webbing is breaking and unraveling. It's rated at 300#, I weigh 172# yet every time you sit down you can hear and see more of the webbing break. The pad is also very thin which may add to the problem of the webbing. Waste of money for a product that claims superior craftsmanship and durability. Less than one year and I need new ones..... Forget Oakville.

We’ve owned these chairs for almost 2 years now. They’re completely rusted underneath and leak rust all over the pavers. We live in the northeast so they’re only exposed to the elements 3 months a year. The cushions also retain all the rain water, not worth the money.Highly disappointed in my purchase and they’re going in the trash.

All of my chaises have broken! These are garbage do not buy!! I have sat in each of them and all the webbing completely breaks. I don't weight that much either, 121 pounds. Don't waste your money!
