the bluetooth headset is good, had to replace one piece as bluetooth connectivity was not working..second one is working fine now

Firstly, I really liked it's packing and got excited. I put the headphones on and immediately felt digusted by how it looked on my head. Then it was all bad and badSound quality - very very poor. Even cheap 150 rupees earphones sound better than this.Comfort - uncomfortable as hell. Very tight on ears and I got a headache within minutes.I read about in comments but I thought maybe people are comparing it with high priced branded ones but no it is actually very uncomfortableBluetooth connectivity - connected fine with my redmi but not with my mother's Geonee p5l, actually it showed connected but voice was coming through phone speaker only.Aux cable - average quality, the sound was coming low through the aux as compared to btBattery - didn't check as already made my mind to return it.So I returned it next day and was refunded on the same day after pickup. One star only for that.I read a lot of negative comments but ignored them thinking no matter how good the product is, there will always be people who wouldn't like that; as there were a lot positive reviews also. But thankfully had no problem in return

At this price, it's certainly the best Bluetooth headphone available at Amazon. The music to ears is also quite good, though it might feel bit uncomfortable on wearing it for long hours!The good thing is that it also has inbuilt FM radio that you can tune in when you want to listen something else than just plain Bluetooth music. The only minus point I found out was that at times it leaves the Bluetooth connectivity with mobile while you pause songs for few minutes.... sometimes even abruptly it ends the Bluetooth connection with mobile device.Though overall it's a best buy !

product is responding slowly. sound is not balanced in both the ears Now it is not getting charged. Battery is usefull only for few minutes and then dead. U hve supplied defective product not working after 5 days. U must be ashamed of urself.

This is a mono head-phone even with 3.5mm stereo jack connection sound is mono , this detail should have been clearly mentioned in product detail.I would have purchased different product as stereo sound is important for me.Sound quality and bluetooth link is good though.

This product is good. in sound and battery. but in bluetotooth connectivity it disconnects frequently and if you use this in PC or laptop. Zoom and google meet like other online meeting apps or website it won't support if you open that that app or website won't work. but i works on mobile zoom google meet and others. you can buy this for mobile. not usable for PC.
