Excellent build quality, great picture, easy to use, packed with features and the battery lasts way longer than I ever expected. It uses about 3% battery in 24 hours with an average of 20 alerts a day.

Initially I was quite impressed with EZVIZ as a solution to home security and baby monitoring. Unfortunately, both the products and the customer service are in need of much improvement.First, my C6T stopped rotating when in upside down position. Flimsy materials/design means the top and bottom bits of the camera are now too loose.Then my supposedly waterproof C3A took water inside and stopped working.That one was still within warranty so contacted support for a replacement. In a period of 2 months, I’ve sent them 14 emails (answering their questions, chasing up etc). They told me twice that they would “pick up [faulty] device this week” but nothing happened and they just stopped responding to my emails.They eventually sent a replacement camera and followed up with the call later to apologise for the delay.The app is ok but playback navigation is not the easiest.

I’ve got 3 cameras system battery operated,didn’t recognise moving overnight from about 4m distance if you’re wearing dark clothes,really poor,get another brand, fixed on same place and no problem at all,not recommend

So far battery life appears terrible .... have set to hibernate mode, but every time it spots movement it seems to drop out of this state and battery then lasts about 24hours. I have two wired EZVIZ cameras, like the brand but this one doesn’t seem to cut it as a battery version.
