The vanilla flavoured fondant from the UK is highly elastic, but firm and doesnt stick. Due to its smooth finish it ideal for covering cakes, but can also be used for make beautiful decorations. You need approx. 500 gram fondant to cover a round cake with dia of 24-26 cm or a square cake of 20x20 cm. Ingredients: sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, humectant (E422), emulsifier (E471), colour (E133, E153, E160a), stabilisers (E413, E466), preservative (E202), flavouring. This product is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Kosher and Halal certified.
