I love these. I am doing pull up progressions. I have never done a pull up in my life and this is helping to achieve those goals. Good for banded deadlifts and good mornings and squats too

Used in Bench Press
Works perfect for what I needed. I am using the black bands (up to 60lbs of resistance) to work on my bench press explosion. I had to wrap them around the bottom rack a few times to increase the resistance up top, but works great.
