Great Fermenter!
Really like this fermenter. Sturdy and easy to clean. Air lock is fantastic. I added lines on the outside of the fermenter so that I can see how many gallons are in it. Will buy more of these so that I can have multiple beer batches in process.

Love it works great. Air tight east to rack and bottle. Large mouth for easy cleaning

Great for home wine making
I have used this twice so far: one five gallon strawberry/blueberry wine and currently a chokecherry wine. It works great and the airlock is massive. I have had no issues at all with leaking from the valve or any of the other concerns others have had. I appreciate it is large enough that you can ferment a full five gallon batch of wine.

Overall, really what I was hoping for. Spigot may need improvement. Kept leaking and needed quite some force to be tight.

Lots of headspace for 6 gallon batches. Handles are very convenient. Easy to clean.
