I bought a second one of these after owning a single for a bit less than a year. I work in graphics, and wanted a reliable but sharp and clear screen with good color saturation and text clarity. This Dell does this at an excellent price point.

Good quality monitor. This is what I expected for. It helps a lot when working from home. It’s not like a 4K monitor, but the overall quality is great. Thin design is really cool.

Ordered two of these Dell monitors. One had a defective where it wouldn't stay all they way up at the highest height. Seller replaced right away! Also let me keep the defective one as I was able to find a use for it.Will, definitely, order from this seller again!

No assembly guide or user manual is provided and a necessary cable is not included. the only assembly info is 9 panels of line drawings on one page. A cable with no purpose is included leading to wasted time and effort trying to understand where it connects. A needed HDMI cable was not included. Attempts to get help from Dell customer service proved to be very time consuming, frustrating and futile. I will never purchase another Dell product and I do not recommend this product or producer.

The first thing I noticed was that the monitor came without the stand so I had to buy one separately. After reading correctly, the description made it clear that it wouldn't arrive with the stand so I guess that's my fault. Anyhow, what really bothered me is that there are dark dots on the screen as you can see on the picture. At first I thought it was dirt but when using a soft brush and a lint free wipe it didn't clear, it seems to be the pixels on the display. If this is upon turning it on for the first time I'm incredibly worried that after some time it will get worse, be them more or be them bigger. I'm a little disappointed because also the cable connecting the monitor to the pc was damaged. They covered it with black tape to minimize the chances of people noticing it. Might update after a few months of using it in case anything new happens.Update: monitor blinks each time I scroll down it is very distracting and harmful to my sight, it is like a blurry vignette that occurs when I scroll in either direction.. I regret this purchase
