Don't be afraid to buy this dress
I'm not a dress person and I really never have been. I brought this home. I tried it on and I fell in love with it. It is beautiful and well made. I was expecting it to be flimsy but it's actually quite a solid dress. I found a beautiful set of draped pearls to go with it and I can't wait to wear it.

Gorgeous dress
Gorgeous dress and well made. I love this purchase. Pay attention to the sizing as compared to your measurements. The only thing I wasn't happy about is that it was delivered 3 days later than advertised. It didn't come in time for the event I'd ordered it for. I deducted a star for the untimely delivery.

Beautiful Dress. Size up!
Love it! Beautiful dress and great quality from what I can tell. Make sure to read the sizing and go by the measurements. This brand runs a bit small compared to regular sizes. I usually wear a 14 true size but ordered an XXL (16-18) instead based on the measurements listed. I am so glad I did because it fits like a glove!

I Love this Dress!
Bought this Babeyond Art Deco Fringed Flapper dress (Blue Black) for a 1920s themed birthday party. Was a little nervous about getting an XXL but based on size chart that was my recommended size based on bust measurement. That turned out to be an accurate measurement. The top of the dress fit well-no tightness in bust line or around capped sleeves; nor were there gaps around the armholes or neckline. Zipper on the side makes it easy to get in & out, especially as you're navigating the underdress lining & the top layer of beads, sequins & fringe. I thought it might have been a little long but when I looked at others at the party, it seemed that it was okay based on my shorter height 5'4" & in keeping with the style of the period. I loved wearing this dress & it really put me in the 1920s mood! When I took it out of the bag, it felt a little heavy from all the beading & decoration, & I thought I might be somewhat uncomfortable wearing it. Not the case at all! Comfortable all evening whether sitting, walking, dancing, or driving in the car. I hope I get an occasion to wear this again soon! Also ordered (separately) blue Babeyond accessories which matched the dress perfectly ( feathered blue beaded headdress, beautiful sapphire & rhinestone drop earrings, long string white pearl necklace & matching elastic band pearl bracelet, long black gloves & a long black cigarette holder.) Prices for both the dress & accessories very reasonable.

Very Impressed!
Exceeded my expectations - it fit so well and the design was just perfect. Elegant, great quality. I bought this for a costume party thinking it would be pretty much a one time use kind of dress but it is so well done I can wear it for a cocktail party if I wanted to. Very impressed and fit very well - I am 5’2 and about 125lbs and a small for me like a glove.

Undecided about this dress/costume
Pros: It came quickly (2 days). Dress is great for a costume, (looks cheap for a dress), The beading and tassles seem to be sewn on well. The fit is a bit snug but should work if I keep it. It is long - but I am short.5'0" 140 lbs usually wear a 10 petite. I could not have gone larger the shoulders would fall down,Cons: Delivered in clear plastic bag, WHAT! No wrapping or envelope,. I dont need anyone knowing what is being delivered to me! What about privacy? The add, on Amazon claims the dress has a zipper- it does not. The gold sequence are kind of tacky-(that's why it looks cheap). I might have to see if it comes in silver. The green color is a dark hunter green, not what I thought from the pics, But computers do not always show true color accurately, so I just need to decide if I like it enough to keep it.I still have time it's for New Years eve and dress code is "Gatsby roaring 20's". Looks like a whole industry has grown up around that theme!
