The item arrived way earlier than the earliest estimated delivery date. I've been using this for a couple of days and so far it works very awesome!Got should & upper back pain and the standing desk didn't help much. After that I started going to massage and trying some machines. I have owned two other cheaper tens units which were not very good as expected. The ROOVJOY is amazing in comparison. It's portable and easy to use. It actually works about as well as the ones I have used in PT. I was skeptical that a battery powered device could actually be strong enough to compare to the professional devices, but I was really surprised by how strong and professional the device is. It can be adjusted very smoothly and I did not even need to crank it up all the way to the highest 60 level settings. I highly recommend anyone who suffers with pain and stiffness during the night from a fusion to use this machine. It does work and it's CHEAPER than going to the therapist for STIM.Money well spent. The package includes 12 pcs pads, enough for a very long time of use. Very satisfied with the purchase!

Very helpful for pain relief and loosing weight

This works great. Easy to use, although some of the programs can be confusing it does comes with a helpful manual. It’s easy to charge and it’s powerful.

The sticky pads warm up, become gooey and slide off. Do not try to remove the sticky pads while this unit is operational!!! It is like being shocked by a smaller weaker stun-gun. However, it still hurt enough to make me go (OUCH!)

I have had chronic back pain for years, going to different chiropractors and physical therapists. About half of them used this type of machine on me and it always felt amazing! I was so excited when I realized you could buy one to use at your house! If you have pain or just want something to use on your muscles you NEED this! You will not regret getting it!It is super easy to use, I was a little intimidated at first, but with the quick reference along with the booklet that tells you about it, it was easy to use. I have mostly just used it for my back pain, which is the TENS program on it, I look forward to trying out the other two options as well. Its easiest for me to just lay on our couch and use it while I am watching shows, easy to set up and easy to put away. It is about a 30 minute treatment and you will be so happy you did it!You definitely want this! One of my best purchases this year

Playing with the button half the night ,had to turn it off just to change modes

This unit is wonderful. At the end of a long day when the back pain makes enjoying time with the family unbearable, use of this unit for 30-60 minutes brings me back to life.The unit comes with plenty of pads and they are reusable. I've got a set of pads that I have reused 40 times already and they appear that I'll get that many more uses out of them. The key to the long life of pads is to apply only to clean, non-oily skin and minimize finger contact to the gel. I am careful to only use my finger nails, gently, in handling them and putting them back onto the plastic sheet they came on.The settings are real easy and the presets make using the unit a breeze. My spouse needed to use it to address a knee pain and it took me less than 2 minutes to explain the use of the unit. We both are glad that we made the purchase and highly recommend it if you have the aches and pains that comes from years of abuse.

My main complaint with this device is that it has a lot of settings, supposedly for use on different parts of your body. Settings have different sequences of pulses, but the instructions nowhere describe what each setting is doing - what the difference between settings is. I had to test by trial and error. I emailed the company for explanation, but got no response.
