Excellent gluten-free pasta (but do not order it from Amazon!)
This is one of the best gluten free pastas I've tried (and I've tried them all) and is just as good as the more expensive brands (Rummo, etc.)Cooking it is pretty much the same as with normal pasta: make sure you use a big pot with lots of water, allow the water to come to a full rolling boil before adding the pasta, and then allow it to remain at a soft boil throughout the cook time.The only major difference I found is that it's important to add a decent sized pinch of salt to the water as it's coming to a boil. Something about the salt just makes for a better texture in my opinion. And it's important to not overcook this as it's a bit more sensitive than normal pasta.All of that said, I do NOT recommend ordering this through Amazon. I ordered four boxes as a test and they were sent in one of those soft-sided envelopes, which had been kicked around quite a bit during transportation. By the time I received it, all four boxes were crushed and three of the four boxes were open on one or both ends with pasta falling out all over the inside of the envelope.Lesson learned. 😉

Good product & price from a well known manufacturer.
Good product & price from a well known manufacturer. Case lots allow me to use what I need over a few months instead of heading to the store each time I need 1 or 2 boxes per-meal. I'm fortunate to have a lot of pantry storage space for shelving case-quantities.

This is one of my favorite brands of noodle to cook with I would say it takes about 15-20 minutes to finish cook easy to use value for your money they noodles are very sturdy quality is great I like to add butter and a bit of parsley when it’s finish cooking it makes it nice and soft when it sits of for a bit I don’t add the sauce on there so it’s just noodle in one pot but to make it back nice and soft just add butter to reheat an it will come back as if it was just made

I am not going to share my great big pasta bowl!
Many of us love pasta, and if you’re on a gluten-free diet, it’s really frustrating. Not all gluten-free pastas are good. Let’s just keep it real here. I need to increase my protein intake so I thought OK. What the heck. I am on the WAHLS protocol for my MS and I should not technically be consuming beans because they are regarded as inflammatory, but I decided to treat myself and then I decided to treat myself again and perhaps again… What can I say? I love it with lots and lots of garlic and EVOO! I did throw a little bit of oregano in there also! I am not proud, but I can eat a box of it in one sitting. This is on my list of things that are dangerously delicious! You have to be very careful because it’s so tasty and who doesn’t love a nice big bowl of pasta with garlic and EVOO?
