Bellroy iPhone Xs Max Case (Leather iPhone Cover, Super Slim Profile, Soft Microfiber Lining) - Black

Was extremely surprised and glad to find this case is the slimmest case (besides the ultra thin ones that only offer scratch protection). The material all around looks and feels great. Both the leather and the polymer (seems to be stiffer TPU) gives off a high quality impression. Even the bottom portion of the case where the lightning connection is feels pretty sturdy. The front lip gives adequate protection to the screen when laying phone face down and should clear any screen protector without issue. The camera lens has a lip and pretty good clearance.Only complaint is the leather doesn’t wrap around all the way but might actually be a good thing. This allows all sides to be protected, including the bottom, without excessive bulk. Also if you dropped your phone, the corners wouldn’t be damaged to the same extent if it was leather. Overall a happy camper even at full price.

I've had many people ask me where I got this phone cover. With today's bulky, button-covering phone covers, it was refreshing finding something stylish and simply from Bellroy. I know, it's a few dollars more than those other kiddie phone covers. But you're an adult, and whether a stay at home Mom or a business professional, this cover will fit who you are. Some others complained about the cover feeling slick. It is smooth however mine is not slick nor do I worry about it slipping out of my hand. It fits my Iphone very well, yet is easy enough to pop off whenever a cleaning is necessary. You have a $600-$1000 phone. Buy something that represents that purchase well -- a Bellroy case.

Great case, looks amazing, thin, and the quality is amazing and is exactly what I was expecting from Bellroy. My only wish is that the polymer on the sides had some grip, it is a bit slippery to hold.Update: after using this for a week I found it to be to slippery and returned it. To bad because I loved the look of the case and the build quality. The plastic sides also have a hard edge on the lip that extends a bit over the height of the screen, which was uncomfortable to hold and dug into my fingers.

If you’re looking for a leather replacement for the lack of an official offering from Apple that is 1/1, this isn’t it. This is an inexpensive, but very well made case with a leather back on it. The best part is the leather is genuine (definitely not polyurethane fake leather, aka pleather). The sides are a rigid dark grey plastic. The interior that touches the back of the phone, the glass back, is a soft suede like leather it seems so you don’t have to worry about scratches. Overall, if you’re looking for a more sophisticated, a more professional looking case, but don’t want to shell out another Benjamin, then this case will cover your needs.

I decided to give this case a shot after looking at several other bellroy products and delving Into the reviews of this case. The plastic of the case looked like it didn’t go through the final finishing stages. There was sharp burs on the edge of the case. The leather was peaking up.... ultimately I had to send this back I was so sad to see it’s true form. Avoid this case at all costs.

It’s the leather case that Apple should have offered for the iPhone XR. I love how the case edges rise above the screen face enough to protect the screen when the phone is laid face down. Also the case does not have side ‘button bumps’, it has holes in the case sides that make it easy to touch the iPhone buttons directly. Love this feature.

The leather, while nice, does not wrap around the sides of the phone. It covers the back and where it ends it is tucked into a rubberized/plastic bumper. Where the leather is tucked in there is a sharp edge (not sharp like you could cut a tomato, but sharp as in its uncomfortable to your hand) that was not present with the Apple leather case. Unfortunately Apple does nto make a case for the XR model yet. There is also a second sharp-ish edge on the phone screen side of the bumper. the bumper does not wrap around the edge of the phone so there is a large gap between the edge and the actual phone itself. I could see dust and dirt getting between the gap. Overall it was not a very nice looking case or comfortable to hold in your hand or against your ear. Yes, I get it, there is a speaker and you can use air pods, but if you have to hold it to your ear that edge sucks. I returned it, so sorry, no pics.

I purchased this case because I was unhappy with the quality of leather used in apple’s official cases. Apple’s cases fit and feel very nice, but the leather is not the best quality and does not age well with uneven discoloration especially bad over time. The first thing I noticed with this bellroy case was that the leather is definitely better quality. It smells like leather unlike Apple’s which smells like chemicals, and feels pretty good. However the rest of the case leaves much to be desired. The plastic is rather sharp along the edges which is not the most comfortable to hold. The fit around the phone completely avoids touching the front glass, which makes removal very easy. but this actually leaves a small gap that very quickly starts collecting dust and lint. I was also not a fan of the cutouts for buttons, because it made it difficult to access the buttons quickly. I much prefer cases that have a plastic/metal overlay over the actual buttons. Ultimately this case looks pretty and the leather is of good quality as expected, but I would still recommend Apple’s offering over this.

Es increíble la sensación al tacto y el que los bordes sean de plástico es un acierto ya que en otras fundas de piel es lo primero que se daña. Estoy muy satisfecho con la compra.

Fits like a glove and has a quality feel to it. Navy colour looks smart . Bellboy products have never disappointed me.

Fan des coques en cuir d’Apple, j’étais à la recherche d’une alternative en l’absence de modèles pour l’iPhone XR. Je dois dire que j’en suis très satisfait ! C’est un produit très bien fini et rassurant.La coque est plutôt fine mais l’écran et l’appareil photo sont bien protégés par une surépaisseur, je n’ai aucune crainte en posant le téléphone.L’intérieur est revêtu d’un tissu qui rappelle celui des coques d’Apple ; un très bon point quand on sait comme les saletés peuvent égratigner la façade arrière.En voyant les photos j'étais assez perplexe quant au duo de matières (dos en cuir et contour en plastique). En réalité cela rend plutôt bien, du moins pour la version noire. J’y vois d’ailleurs un avantage : cela évite l’usure prématurée des bordures que l’on peut rencontrer avec les coques en cuir d’Apple par exemple.Pour ce qui est du cuir en lui-même, au départ il peut donner l’impression d’etre synthétique. Au fur et à mesure il gagne en caractère, il devient plus naturel, agréable et chaleureux au toucher.Enfin, les découpes au niveau des boutons peuvent être déroutantes au départ mais on s’y fait très vite, aucun problème !Merci Bellroy, et merci Amazon !

Para mí el producto es excelente. La calidad del material, tanto el borde como la parte trasera de cuero, es muy buena. Ya lo tengo casi un mes de uso muy intensivo y parece que lo estrenó hoy.

Finally a case I am happy with! Looks great and feels fantastic in the hand.You’re getting outstanding Bellroy quality, as you do with their other products. Hoping it lasts as long as my wallet now :)
