The Elite is a great small AirFryer. It is perfect for one or two. Like any other new appliance, you must read the instructions! It has to be warmed up, as all do. The settings are manual, you do need to set both the time and temperature. AirFryers are not instant cookers.. it does take some time, but it does work well. Food fixed in it come out very close to deep fried without the oil. A little hint, spray food lightly with a non-sitck spray and use some parchment paper on the bottom. That serves to keep foods from going thru the grill at the bottom and gives it a look like deep fried. Overall we are happy with it.

This started out great, but a year later, all three of the rubber feet that hold the grate in place have broken off from normal use. Build quality clearly wasn’t a priority here.

Good price but very small capacity. Easy to use, and definitely crisps food up very well but no bells and whistles - you definitely get what you pay for.

Was a great product, bought it in December 2019 and worked very well. The only grievance I had was the small basket, but great product for the price. However last week it just stopped working altogether. I plugged it in and the fan wouldn’t blow any air and yes I tried different outlets. December 2019 to June 2020 only 7 months of use.

While initially we were pleased with the unit; after 6 months the heating element has apparently died. TImer works great though.

It was a gift for my daughter who uses it at least 3 times a week. She loves it and it’s easy to clean. It’s not so big either, it’s perfect for small counter top.

I purchased this product to get away from the oil used in fried food. The chicken did not turn out as the picture indicated. I tried other foods and they stuck to the metal plate and was difficult to clean. I would not recommend this product and will not purchase again. It was a total waste of money.

Awesome product got it as a gift for a friend and he loves it only complaint was that it’s a tall item but the cooking surface is very small
