Pomegranate Seeds: An Anthology of Greek-American Poetry Paperback – February 12, 2008

Starting with the beautiful book cover and wonderful title, the poetry inside did not disappoint. Several poets of Greek origin come together in this refreshing book, each poet catering to people with differing tastes. I am going to take this to my poetry group and share with them.

This is a must-read for any poet or poetry lover. I am so happy there is finally an entire collection of Greek American poetry - this is some of the strongest writing of our time. Cleopatra Mathis is amazing - as well as Veronica Golos, Penelope Karageorge, Nina Karacosta, Kathryn Maris, and M.J. Golias.
