What is the difference between size large & small ?

Will this feel like you’re wearing high heel shoes?

No, I do not feel like I am wearing high heel shoes. One of my legs somehow got shorter than the other one. The insole even the height, may not be 100% but made a big difference in my walking and standing. I wear mostly boots and boot shoes to accommodate the insole. They are very comfortable, I purchased 4 sets!!!!

Will it cause smelly foot?

I don't think. I have had them for a while and never had such issue

I don't see anything in description about shoe/foot width. How do I choose correctly for a wide/wider foot size?

These insoles are just regular width, no extra wide option. They fit just right on my husbands dress and casual shoes.
