It’s been almost a month and I loved it!
There are lots of bad reviews about some similar products. So I waited for almost a month and decided to write this review.I use it everyday and used it very often during Christmas. For candles, fireplace and sparklers... It’s really easy to use and I can use it for quite a long time ( I still haven’t charged it for the second time) once it’s been charged for about 2hrs? Don’t really remember how long I charged for the first time.I haven’t tried bbq yet since it’s so cold in winter, but I’ll probably update my review next year lolI personally loved it and it did make my life easier :D

So nice candle lighter
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Very satisfied with this candle lighter! I hate using traditional lighters that require finger and hand strength. This is just perfect! I only need to slide up the safety cover and press that small power button, voila! I use it mostly for my scented candles. It’s also rechargeable! Really worth the money!

USB CHARGEABLE. This is the future xD
For the price I was expecting a lot worse. It seems to hold a charge for a decent amount of time and it has this nice sliding protective cover to hide the power button. No more struggling to squeeze the lighter to get it started! My brother saw me using it on my incense cones and started excitedly asking about it. A few days later I saw him in the room with his lights off and a bunch of scented candles lit. Looks like I'll have to buy another one.

I like this candle lighter!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I've been using this lighter for several weeks and I really like it. I'm so glad that got rid of the traditional lighter....

It does what it claims
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Had my doubts about this when I ordered it, but it works. On candles and bayou burners. Charged it as soon as I got it and it works like a charm.

love the design, now I can't leave with out it!
I've used it for several weeks and used for candles, solid alcohol and bbq. It's lightweight and i dont need to fill gas or buy a new one after runining out of fuel. There were 2 times I almost returned the product cuz i thought it stopped working. fortunately the seller replied my email in time and solved my problems. I think one time I didn't charge it for the first time, and lighter only lasted for a few times..I thought it didn't work anymore until the seller asked me if I charged the lighter prior to first use, sometimes the lighter is not fully charged...stupid me..and another time too much wax were all over the prongs and I didn't clean them....anyway, thank you for your help and I really love this product!

User friendly, We loved it!!
The product came just in time for Christmas. I personally hate lighting candles since I usually get burned or extremely frustrated when the wind/*narrow spots* makes the flame go out. My husband being tech saavy figured out how to use this product within seconds. There is a sweet spot for igniting flame but the more you use it the better you become. Originally this was bought to just use for Christmas eve but I have been using it to light scented candles for my hot bath just because how user friendly it is.

Only good for thin untreated paper
The Good: Build quality seems solid. The flex mechanism is good. The safety system works, and it uses a standard microUSB to charge. Easy to operate. The Meh: Limited to 10 second bursts according to manual. The Bad: Barely works on untreated paper. Takes several attempts when outside moving up and down the sheet of paper. Doesn't work on cardboard at all even if it fits inside the "jaw". Doesn't work on advertising "treated" paper. They'll glow, and burn, but only while the lighter is applied, take it away, fire goes out immediately. I got this to perhaps replace the flame lighters when burning extra cardboard boxes and the like. I hoped it might work and save me refueling or constantly replacing the flame lighters. No go - it takes too much extra stuff like paper towels or finding "the right" paper in junk mail, then several minutes of trying to get a sheet or two to catch so the rest will burn. I'll keep it for emergencies, but it's only slightly better IMO than a flint and steel which also needs "special tinder" to start the fire.
