Hiya. I don’t find them very tasty myself as they are very concentrated . I find them convenient as small and easy to place in gym bag - no bulky protein shake containers etc, no washing up etc. good amount of protein in them. I do tend to sip a bit of water after to swish the taste away. I still use them now after every weights session and after a while you get use to the taste. Hope this helps

Can this be added to meal replacement shakes to help me with taste?

I'd advise against it as these taste just as bad.
