Works well. I like that the buttons are a bit larger and easier to see. I also like the self contained metal case it comes in. I'm not sure if that makes it EMP proof, but I think it helps.I purcahsed a second one, and am thinking of getting a third. Because once you know how to program it... why waster time learning another one? LOL

This is a clever way to keep files secure especially when transferring between computers. Keypad locked, I can feel safe that I won’t be committing any HIPPA violations by temporarily storing a patient’s file on it.

There are a couple models that look identical and seem to have identical stats. I’m not sure the difference between this and 3z model but this one gave a security violation when I plugged it in. Not sure if there is any reason to have this rather than the 3z, same size, operates identical. similar cost.

The setup was a little confusing as I don't follow instructions well. So I am not gonna fault the device or instructions. Was able to reset and try till I got it. What was confusing is my previous devices only had one PIN, this one has an Admin PIN and User PIN. I am only using the Admin PIN. Once I got the hang of it, it was simple to use. I have 2 of these as I feel backup is always critical. I have my really important info stored on it and always carry one with me when I leave the house. Recently I went on a trip and put both in my Safety Deposit box in case something happened. One tip, grow your thumbnail to press the buttons. They are close together and I find that a good sized thumbnail works well to select the right buttons.

Simple set up pamphlet That comes with it, and there's resources online with video instructions if needed. Sold security built in and won't recognize on your system until the pin is entered. 10/10 would recommend to certain individuals

Even though the buttons can be a little bit hard to actuate if you have large fingertips, I still gave this 5 stars. The only regret that I have is that I should have bought more gigabytes!
