All traditional puddings need custard
Not quite as thick as other brands however that was improved by using more powder next time round. The flavour also improved by making a thicker sauce. Quick service.

Is this really custard?
Hmmm, it has no vanilla smell or flavour which makes a custard, custard; so what makes this custard?The base ingredients are cornstarch, colourants, salt and flavourant.We had to add vanilla to make it taste of anything.So the only benefit of using this product (rather than plain old cornstarch) is that you at least have yellow cornstarch to begin with...Just to prove the point, we made fried chicken this evening using this "custard" as we were out of cornstarch and no one could tell the difference...
