Easy to use and the perfect size to fit into my diabetes zippered kit. Clear, clean design and all the space needed to record each day's tests. Highly recommend this daily recording booklet and of course the supplier too.

They arrived on time, but before this order they used to be free. Disappointed that I am now charged for this item that is a necessity to have with diabetes.

I like because if u question something after a few days(or more) there is a record to check with and something to take/show your doctor

This book has lots of pages, 27 to be exact, with a week's worth of readings on each page. Each "page" is actually spread across two pages, with 11 columns to use for recording readings, 3 columns each for breakfast, lunch and dinner, then an "other" column and a "comments" column. The only thing I would change is to take out the M,T,W,Th,F,S,S printed under the column "day". It would be easier to have the column blank to allow manual input of the day.

wouldn't have a book if you i couldn't order one - thank you for stocking this - it is a diabetics best friend when it comes to recording our readings.

I was disappointed by the low number of pages. I had received one a couple of years that had three times the number of pages. The printing is dark enough for people with low vision, however it only had space for a month's entries.

The description did not say how many pages. The cover was the same as my origional book but on 10 weeks work of pages.
