Some mixed opinions about whether hot or cold water should be used for washing. Have microfiber soap, only using to dry car.. cold water less harsh?

It's synthetic, so don't think it will hurt, but I don't think it is needed. Drying a clean car won't get it dirty really.

How do you clean it. Wash in washing machine with detergeant or not. What is recommended way to clean it.

Just like any other high-end microfiber towel: machine wash cold + gentle cycle with a detergent specifically meant for microfiber, and then hang dry
