Usability Issues
We can't sip and drink, upper lip doesn't touch lid as nose touches the lid opener !Basic purpose of SIp and drink is not servered . cannot return as I delayed checking it. Looks good keeps drink hot,

I dont know what to say about this item. The item I ordered was not the same as the item i recieved. I order copper color and got skyblue color. And its very much different to this one.
