Awesome little set for beginners and experienced little ones. Handle size isn't too big nor too small. Spoon is large enough to hold the food but not too big for little mouths. Forks are rounded tips and will still stab the food easily. Carrying case is a great thing to have when we go out. I don't have to worry about them getting dirty before using, getting lost in the diaper bag or getting leftover foods on stuff in the bag after eating and I don't have to waste a zip baggie to keep them in when we are out. I've washed them in the dishwasher every day and they still look like new. Our 2 year old grandson who is still learning how to master using utensils does great with these and giggles at the animal face smiling at him on the handle.

I bought these, as well as a set of the coated color-changing munchkin spoons. These are far superior.These are adorable, and thick enough yet short enough for tiny hands. Our 14-month-old loves holding them and trying to feed herself with them.The fork tines are rounded and totally smooth. She does great with them.The spoon is a perfect width for feeding her soups and yogurts.The awful ones from munchkin, that came in a four pack from a big box store, are SOOOO tiny and narrow, and the coating on it means it has NO edge at all, and it makes getting any food in her mouth almost impossible, and using the spoon to clean spilled food off her face impossible. I wish I could return that set to the store.But THESE, these are awesome. She loves them and is good with them, and we love them too.I'll be buying these as gifts for friends having children. And I'll but another set or two for us here.

Cute utensils! The large giraffe head on the end seems to make it easier for my toddler (19 months) to grasp. The ridges on the forks don’t seem to make much difference. I wish there were 4 prongs instead of 3 and that the prongs were a little thinner— I think it would slow the food to stick on better. Overall work well though! And the travel case is sturdy and convenient.

I was skeptical when I first bought these but boy was I wrong! The Giraffe design is something that my triplets love. So far no tarnish or bending so it is really the stainless steel. We have been using them for close to 10 days now for eating strawberries to pineapple to banana. The tines of fork are made for easy operation by one hand that is in training. In addition they have small ridges in between that holds the food together so it does not slip away due to multiple insertions. Did I tell about the adorable design and the carry case? I will post another review in few months based on how they fare.

These are very sturdy, cute, and great for the price! They do seem to be a bit large though for baby hands to work with.
