I am 5'10 and weigh 230. I purchased the XL and it is huge inside. you can do either XL or XXL. with XXL you will probably have a ton of room inside with jacket and pants on

Q: How does this do with keeping feet warm?

This series is designed with our original Retain™ technology (not the Retain™ Active). Retain™ technology is an aluminized polypropylene core layer in the fabric system throughout the whole suit. This thin, aluminized layer captures and returns up to 90% of your body heat back to you by reflecting it. You become your own heater. Simultaneously, it acts as a barrier to deflect the cold outside air from affecting your comfort level. Aside from the Retain™, this series offers 80g of insulation as well as a Trico lining and Shell. It is also waterproof & Windproof.

Q: how many insulation grams does it have?

Not really sure but it has plenty works very well and very warm

Large at your height I am 6’1plus 235 and large is plenty big
