So my question is, is this item good? The reviews are mixed and seem low even tho ive been told its worth it.

If vibration works for you, then why not. The insides are really soft (too soft for my tastes as the touch is a little too much on the light side). In my case, one of the two vibrating bullets broke after only 3 uses and, well, I haven't really gone back after that. Nowhere near worth it for me but your mileage may vary.
