Fudge Hair Shaper The Original (Strong Hold) 75g by Fudge

I've been using this product for a long time and love it, but have gotten tired of seeing the high street price being hiked up. So I bought online for the first time...was £4-£5 cheaper than I'd usually pay, so all good there.However, upon trying for the first time it was really noticeable that the consistency of the actual hair shaper was more 'runny' (for want of a better term) than the norm, ie, less firm to the touch. Doesn't smell as distinctive either, imo.The only legit explanation would be that the manufacturers have adjusted the formula, but it doesn't say anything about that on the packaging. Have to say, I have my suspicions...

I’ve used Fudge Hair Shaper for 25 years. It’s a fantastic product. Unfortunately, the version sold by this company via Amazon is some form of second tier version (or old batch). The texture is not the same as a fresh Fudge Hair Shaper. However, it’s still an ok hair product.
