AUTHENTIC Bold Hold ACTIVE Adhesive for Lace Wigs and Hair pieces | Lace Glue | Wig Glue + SMOOTHING STICK

I’ve always used bold hold to lay my wigs down. I’ve inserted a pic of me at the pool because I really get in the pool with my hair glued down with nothing but bold hold. The active is strong. You have to apply it correctly though. Also I only use 91% alcohol to remove. I have full edges and thick hair; I’ve inserted pictures for the ones that say the glue pulls their hair and edges out 🙄 it doesn’t but your take down is important. I love this glue, but be warned that when you put your lace front on and use this glue, every night after you install it you have to put some type of a satin scarf strictly for your edges and then put your bonnet or headscarf on. And when it is time to take it off a little shampoo, scrub a dub dub and its slides right off and I put somewhere between 2 to 3 layers. Love this!s

Sticky, hard to dry. Takes a few tries to get it right.

Well it did its job by keeping the wig on but one night I just needed my real hair to breath and I was in bed I didn't want to put the remover on and I tried slowly removing the wig and it tore myEdges off so I shaved my head now I'm done with ALL GLUES for LIFE then the whole wig was clogged with glue tried to remove it and clean my wig to reapply it was a HUGE ordeal almost had to throw away my 500.00 wig but I calmed down and kept working with it and the glue came out of my wig

It works...but its sticky. So I tried this for a week to see if it would hold. It held tight for 2 days then began to get sticky..it was still on, but gooey and wig was sliding due to the gooeyness.. this is good for a true 2 day hold. I have oily skin, I prepped appropriately before use hens the tight hold but it just did not last long enough for me. Comes off very easily with alcohol, so no need in buying the remover. 3 stars because it held tight for 2 1/2 days the gooey began late the next day.

My new go-to wig glue. Holds beautifully for 2+ weeks. Haven’t pushed it past that because I have to wash my hair.
