It works for what I needed as a cheap cluthc and the threads and quality was fine but I will say I rode my xr600r for about 60 miles last weekend through Detroit and my fingers where pretty raw from the corners on the control. The 600r is known for a tough clutch pull and this shape of the handle didn't make it much better but I only noticed when I was getting back on the bike after a break. During riding you won't notice the abrassive ness of that fillet (plus I didn't have gloves so it was sorta my fault too)
