Amazon Brand - OWN PWR Men’s Multivitamin, 120 Tablets, 2 Tablets per Serving

I have been using this product for the past month and have used several other Performance multi vitamin's in the past. This one is right up there in the top tier and you cannot go wrong. I would recommend you try this one to compare if you are looking for a change.

I can not honestly go to far in this review, I just got and started them, so in a few weeks I'll write again. As for the seller, awesome, no need to contact and fast delivery, item as described!

This is a fairly expensive multivitamin at over twice the cost per daily dose of standard daily multivitamins. Much of this likely revolves around the actual content, which is significantly more than a standard multivitamin provides. A standard multivitamin generally has 100% of the recommended daily dose for each ingredient. In this case, however, we see about 20 times that for thiamin and riboflavin (B1 and B2), 15x that for B6, 10x that for B7 (biotin) and B12, and so forth. Essentially, you are getting a high dose of the B vitamins, but there's also twice the usual amount of copper, 5x the usual dose of pantothenic acid and well over 100% for Vitamins A and C.More of something good is not necessarily a good thing. There are potential side effects for taking more than the recommended quantity of several of the B vitamins. And those with certain medical disorders would want to be careful about several of the other components here. Bottom line: talk with your doctor before taking this particular multivitamin formulation, and if you're simply looking for a high quality multivitamin rather than wanting to experiment with high doses of any of these components, look elsewhere. In the meantime, if you do decide to take these, one pill rather than the product-recommended two a day would likely be the right place to start.Note that the content and nutritional information on the product label is underneath the main product label, which can be easily peeled back to reveal the information so that it's there on your shelf and won't be confused with other products.

I am 23, live a healthy lifestlye and diet so for me a vitamin is less important - however I can identify the value in taking one in terms of size/nutrients these remind me of Centrum which are a bit more expensive. Happy to save a few bucks for larger pills.

The taste is the same as most Multivitamins. Easy to swallow, good size.

I didn't feel any effect of taking a multivitamin. I am more fatigued, less energetic since I started taking them.I am DEFINITELY going to cancel my monthly subscription.

Have not taken a multivitamin in a few years, so took a chance when I saw these. Will say that I have been reasonably healthy since taking them; however will also say that I was reasonably healthy before taking them, so not sure how much they help. They definitely provide a LOT of nutrients, according to the label, but I'm not sure how much you really need of each. About the only definitive change is that it turns my urine fluorescent yellow! Still, with nutrient levels comparable to other brand name multivitamins and a decent price, it's worth the effort if you are looking for a multivitamin to try.
