These pillows are incredibly comfortable and are exactly what we were hoping for. The reviews were accurate and we are satisfied except for the large, hard feather fully in tact feather shaft that was in the pillow. Needless to say we had to cut the fabric where we felt this feather and removed it. An entire hard feather. Bummed that we had to wreck the pillow but it was easily seen back together once the hard portion of the whole feather was removed. That is the only reason we don’t give 5 stars because there was a little project involved before it could actually be usable.

After many unsuccessful purchases my husband finally found THE pillow. We have wasted so much time and money on other pillows until he ordered this one. Just the right weight and support. After testing his I bought some for the other beds as well. Now, everyone is happy.

These pillows are a mixed bag. They are quite fluffy. When your head first hits the pillow they are soft and your head gently sinks in. Then they become almost hard and are difficult for me to get comfortable on. As a snuggle pillow they are OK, but again just hard to get comfortable with. After about a month I have gone back to my feather pillows. The feather pillows are not as fluffy, not as soft, but not as hard either. In the end the feather pillows win out over the goose down.

These were a Christmas gift, and the recipient told me last night that they're "perfect".

The headline describes these pillows as goose feathers. What you need to know is that they are filled with micro fiber and 2% goose feathers. I needed a soft pillow as I use a CPAP machine when I sleep. These pillows are neither soft nor comfortable. I did try for a month to make these pillows work, but I need to replace them with something that will work.I am changing my review to 4 stars because I have been very impressed with the vendor. They sent me two new pillows that conform to the description for free.I will change my review to 5 stars if they also change their description for the original pillows.

I've tried a few different down and down-alternative pillows and this is the best one I've found. If your looking for a pillow that allows your head to sink down to the mattress, then you might not like this one. I find that it has just enough give to keep my neck in line, without making the cartilage in my ears sore from not enough give. I just use a pillow case, and the gathering on the front creates wrinkles, so I use the back. I haven't tried using a pillow cover under the case; it seems like it would compress the size of it, but it might be okay with a wider cover. I would definitely buy it again.

Received the pillow and it was vac packed. Left it out for a few days to expand. It has fully expanded. This is not a plush pillow. It is a lightly filled pillow that does not provide any support. Perhaps best use is to place over head to block light. At this time this item has received eleven 5 star reviews and one 4 star review. This leads me to think that these are padded reviews (pun intended). One review photo showed an exercise weight on the pillow. An hour after the photo was taken this weight was more likely all the way through the pillow....kinda like your head an hour after sleeping on it. The photo shows a full plush pillow - yeah right.My first clue was when I looked at the shipping tracking information. This item was shipped from Malaysia. So at least we can not blame a US company for this product. I normally do not return items and will just keep this in the guest room. I don't like visitors anyway. Perhaps they will not stay so long if I give them this pillow.UPDATE 7/29/17: I received a refund from the seller and a nice email. I have added a couple of stars based on the customer service. Though I do not like the product the seller part of the experience is worth something.

When I received the pillow, it was air tight sealed and flat. I put it in the dryer, medium heat and let it roll for 20-30 minutes and it fluffed up a lot. It’s still fluffed up after a few weeks.It’s not overly soft to my pleasing, but soft enough. It does sink your head into the pillow and holds a lot of heat. Great for winter, not so much for summer.A few feathers have stuck out and woke me up at night. I’m scared one will poke my eye out one day. Instead of pulling out the feathers, I cut off the part sticking out so it doesn’t stab me at night.Overall, 5 star pillow.

Definitely better than a feather pillow with limited goose down but not as soft as a full goose down pillow. A little too firm for my liking. The cover is excellent quality. You do not feel feathers but the centre area of feathers is taking away from the down on the outer part.

Nice pillow but not soft enough. Unfortunately I can not use it.
