Everyone knows that this machine is used in very urgent situations. The machine I bought on July 17, 2023, is not working after six days. Now I run around not knowing what to do. I Directly called the head office. They asked me to send a mail showing this issue. Sent mail and no response. The mail was put on their WhatsApp. Even after seeing it, no action is taken. I bought a new Omron machine today as my mother needs to use the device daily.If you need a machine then look for any brand that provides good after sale service and buy it.
