Rockport Rope Doormats 2034359 Indoor & Outdoor Doormats, 20 by 34", Tan with 2 Rose Stripes

I've looked a long time for a doormat that would meet the following criteria: attractive enough to use at the front door; understated and classy looking; not too formal; durable; quick-drying; easy to clean; and made of materials that won't attract debris (leaf bits, lint, pet hair) like a magnet. I give this mat 5 stars in all areas. I ordered it in black, and it looks so nice on my front porch. It's very sturdy and well-made (I think it will last forever), and nothing sticks to it. I've been using it for 2 months, through some pretty fierce winter weather, and it still looks brand new. Someone tracked mud on it and I washed it off under an outdoor spigot (for a few seconds) and the mud was gone. I hung it up outside to drip dry, and the next morning it was perfect. Other than that, all I've done is shake it occasionally (again, for a few seconds), but I can leave it alone for a couple of weeks at a time and it never looks dirty. I've received so many compliments on this mat. My aunt loved it so much, I ordered one for her and she's delighted with it. I be ordering more!

I wanted something special for my front door - hard to get excited about doormats, this was the only one I found that was unique and had the color combination (black/red) that I was seeking - elegant without being overpowering. And a big plus is the fact that it's so soft and squishy - almost feels like memory foam when you step on it! Very nice looking and looks like it will be quite durable, handle the elements and hide dirt well. Very happy with this purchase.

The texture of the mat wasn’t what I was expecting, but it’s turned out to be an effective door mat. The ropey design makes it very effective in catching dirt from shoes. Most door mats I’ve encountered are stiffer, and this one has a soft feel when you step on it. Our dog refused to step on the mat for several weeks until she got used to the texture. Overall, we’re pleased with the mat.

This is an attractive, thick and durable looking doormat. AND it feels amazing to stand on it in bare feet! We have only had it for about a week and already I'm ordering another to put under the kitchen sink for us to stand on while we do dishes. I can't yet attest to the durability, sturdiness or how easy it is to clean, but it looks like all will be highly rated.

Even with bad weather this mat is holding up really well. It gets soaked! But dries very fast! Still looks wonderful! Holding it's shape. Doesn't scuff or scratch the outside wooden step/landing. Nice!! So much better than a 'rubberized' mat which are heavy and don't drain. This doesn't stain the step like rubber mats do. A very nice mat. Cleans so easy! Perfect!!

Exactly what I was looking for and it is really nice to look at also as well. It dries quickly leaving the deck wood much drier than with other mats I have had. If it really gets rained on, I hang it over something and all the water runs out. It is well made, pretty, and practical.

This attractive mat is shed proof, rot proof, and rinses off when dirty. I bought it to replace one that had worn out after many years of use and abuse. Does not fade, fall apart or rot. Very happy with purchase.

Replaced a hemp mat that deteriorated from use and weather. In the past I had a synthetic mat similar to this. This mat by far isMuch better made, with color choices, but best of all “Made in the USA”.The company owner even enclosed a note with the order giving his name and email contact.This is an excellent product, which should last for a long time

using the mat at a beach cottage...soft, yet rugged...a cocoa mat lasted only a couple of months
