Good quality paper. The paper is waxi, feels good and flexible. The size is a bit small if you go bigger than 4-1/2 inches. For this size are ok. I use a weston burger express and 125g of meat.

When cheese goes on sale at our local grocery we buy it in bulk and then slice it ourselves. The two big problems we have had is that the cheese slices all stick together or the cheese dries out and hardens. These non-stick wax papers save the day. While they are primarily advertised for hamburger and other meats they are great for cheese. They tend to be slightly larger than the cheese slices so they protect the cheese from drying out in the sandwich bags that I use. They also make it easy to pull out just the number of slices that I need as I put a paper between each slice of cheese.

Works well

Only wax on one side making it difficult to remove from a frozen patty. It tends to tear and leave small pieces behind. Works fine if I microwave the patty for a short while first or let it thaw out a little first. I would buy again but I would look for a little better quality or thicker paper if I can find it. If you freeze burgers stacked together they will be difficult to separate the patties unless you use two pieces of paper between the patties.

These sheets were surprisingly stiff. I know it sounds weird, but so much better than a lot of burger sheets. Makes them easier to handle and don’t slip much at all!

We make are own hamburger patties and this paper is great to use in between the hamburgers, hamburger don't stick to the paper
