These are a popular choice for the gym that I always buy when it's time to replace old workout clothing. I like the looser fit so that it's not restrictive during strength training and is long enough to keep my belly (emphasis on belly) button covered in most situations. The fabric is thin but it always does an excellent job at wicking moisture. From an aesthetic standpoint, I like the fact that the design is really basic, which I think contributes to how well they fit most people.

My husband likes these because they’re soft and light weight

Great for working outside in summer heat. Like the material and holds up well for shape & color. Only gripe is the UA chest logo started peeling after about 5 washes. I have several of these and they all did same thing.

Shirt was great

Husband loves these shirts for the warm weather, much lighter than a cotton shirt. Good for those hot Michigan summers.

I'm a UA addict. I rarely have an issue with their stuff, but this time was different. First of all, I ordered three shorts, same size, but this one was somehow smaller than the other two, even though it was marked XL. In the past, I've always ordered and worn XL, and the fit was just about perfect. Not this time around. I've come to believe that there are different quality standards depending on which third world sweat ship that UA is contracting to produce their clothing. At any rate, the style is good, as is the material. Just be aware that you may have to size up!
