WOVTE Bear Claw Red Telescopic Back Scratcher

I love this back scratcher so much that I buy them in the 5 pack only these days. My husband decided to grab one and use it once. Now he keeps one for himself. He loves it too. when I had a full hip replacement this helped me be able to scratch my legs down to my feet without overbending and putting strain on the new hip.I have learned not to fully extended them for my back as I like to put some real pressure on it when scratching. So I do about half and then maneuver my arm in little bits. My shoulders got really bad before I finally relented and got the hip replacement, so I didn't have much ability with my shoulders, but enough that I could get a deep hard scratch on my back with this.I have extended them fully and still get a good scratching just about anywhere.

I ordered the Bear Claw Telescopic Backscratcher on September 30, 2016. It arrived on October 31 . It seems it was shipped from China. It appears to be fairly well made for an item that cost less than two dollars . Only time will tell if it is even worth that price.Update: I felt it worked so well that I purchased 4 more as stocking stuffers. I know my recipients will initially be laughing but once they try these they will be very happy for this simple tool and wondering what they ever did without it.

My Girlfriend bites her nails and has no fingernail length, and cannot scratch anything effectively. She has taken to using a bottlecap or even a Jim Dunlop .88mm guitar pick to scratch her itches.I was having a problem with an itchy back and found that no matter my contortions, I could not reach certain itchy spots. And so after a frustrating time of asking my reluctant girlfriend to scratch my back, and then her using all kinds of items to try to scratch me, all with disappointing results... I decided to search of a back-scratcher.I really dislike those bamboo backscratchers, because they have NO POINTY scratcher part!!! OMG!! I mean c'mon now!? What are you thinking? I NEED something to almost break skin OR at least plow the field a bit... this flat surface of the bamboo backscratchers are a horrible TEASE.I found the Bear Claw... Upon seeing the picture, it looked as if it might have the gumption to get my job done. The claws looked sharp enough to effectively scratch. And since it was a very low price, I decided to plunge in and buy one.It was delivered quickly... even though they never gave me a tracking number. It was in perfect condition. And the telescopic arm really is good for getting those hard to reach spots.There are a couple cons:1. The claw part rotates, because it is on the end of an antenna and so thus as one might scratch it can rotate out of position easily. Therefore it takes some acquired skill to find the right scratching stroke. If there was only a way to have a "Rotate Lock."2. The claw itself IS definitely sharp enough to give a nice scratch. Not TOO sharp mind you, so don't be afraid of the Claw now. But I would ultimately like the claw tips to be made of a somewhat softer material other than metal... something that mimics the human fingernail. Then, oh yes.... THEN we would have the ultimate back scratcher!!But as far as it goes.. this is the best back scratcher you can get for the money.

What I really like about this product is that it is flexible enough in terms of its adjustable length to reach any part of my back. The metal claw is capable of providing a vigorous scratch sufficient to obliterate any itch, without savaging the skin of your back. A couple of negatives. There is no positive locking mechanism, so you may inadvertently change the length while using it. And keep it away from children - curious little minds don't seem to realize that some things break when abused and this is one of them. Pulling it beyond where it stops will easily enough wreck the unit. Overall, though, a really handy and effective back scratcher.Jerry

This works just like I thought it should. You can ignore the few negative reviews...I think they are either made up stories or they received a defective item. The telescoping works just like it should, and it holds its position just fine. The only issue may be how long it takes to arrive because it ships via boat from China. However, it's not like scratching your back requires urgent overnight shipping.

This is GREAT.I made the mistake of scratching my two cats with it. They LOVE it!. Now as soon as they seem me get it for my own use they come running for their scratches...The telescopic feature is nice, it's pretty strudy when it's fully telescoped... not equally sturdy as when not but close enough to get the job done.

I have used the Bear Claw for several years now It's an excellent for scratching those hard to reach spots. It also is handy for reaching items just a tad too far from my finger tips. Especially at the grocery. That's when I'll pull out my Bear Claw. Open to it's full length and gently work forward whatever I want. Gentle pulling it to within my reach.When my back is bothering me our dog can bring us things, but the Bear Claw can help bring things closer too.Last year I gave them as gifts To almost everyone I know.MVBGV

Just got mine today in excellent condition.I bought 3 one for me, one for my sweetheart, one for her son.These are so much nicer than I expected.They are not flimsy at all. The scratch tips are just right. Not sharp or annoyingly dull.Telescopes to a great length and reaches every part of my back nicely.I WILL be telling my broadcast viewers all about this wonderful backscratcher.Excellent price . Awesome quality.To the seller - Keep up the excellent work.

I bought this for me to use on myself, but my finicky cat, who hate any scratchers, loves this one. Now it has become her scratcher, which she lets me borrow once in awhile.

Broke after only having it for about 3 months and its not like it was used that often. Will not be buying again and do not recommend.
