Very sharp, and stays sharp
Our big knife in our set broke, so replaced it with this. Super impressed with the quality and sharpness of this knife. Cuts through everything like butter and hasn't gone even a little bit blunt yet.

Ok is sharp but ..... the blade is very thin and not balanced at all This cannot be a rosewood handle as its too light.See how it goes cheep cheap you get what you pay for lol

A must buy knife for not just chefs
I needed a general vegetable knife and this knife does not disappoint.It hold really well on hard vegetables when cutting. Light in weight so no strain on the wrist or arm.The price is great.Comes in a nice box which I use to carry it in to my work as a chef.I wish there was a website to buy more.You wont be disappointed in this knife, go buy it
