Weak Sauce...
Ordered a 64oz with much anticipation based on reviews. Unfortunately, there was very little "maple flavor." It was super sweet and it was really watery. Unfortunately, most of the Grade A Pure Vermont Syrups I have tried is a bit thicker and not as sweet as pure sugar and had a nice strong maple flavor. This one is opposite in all accounts to what we were expecting. light bodied(not water consistency), semi-sweet with a very STRONG maple flavor consistent with most of the Vermont syrups we have had over the years. I will consider this one as what not to look for in a True Vermont Maple Syrup

100% syrup, not watered down
Barred Woods makes a great product. It is 100% real undiluted syrup. Robust taste, very dark and thick like it should be. Highly recommend
