The media could not be loaded. Day 3 of drinking this reishi powder w/spring water (room temperature) each night. Normally I take it an hour before bed. I’ve noticed I am sleeping longer throughout the night and wake up feeling more rested. You only need a dime size amount to make a tea. Literally smells and tastes like fine roasted coffee. Better than coffee! 😀 I am only drinking it room temperature at the moment. Would be good iced once the weather warms up.

Quantity and quality are great as you can expect with Anthony products.Other reviews said it helped with sleep, what I experienced taking this for three nights was very vivid dreams, too much REM sleep and I woke up tired.I plan to take it in the morning going forward.I didn't have a problem with the taste whether mixed in a nut milk or added to coffee.

Great for recovery energy

I admittedly purchased this product on a whim and have been using it since June 22nd. The taste is slightly bitter, I add a teaspoon close to bed time to oat milk with stevia. It seems fresh, the powder is so fine it can easily escape when closing or opening the bag. The first time I tried it, it knocked me out instantly mid afternoon. I had to stop everything I was doing and take a 30 minute nap, I felt intensely relaxed. I have trouble sleeping, so having an alternative to melatonin is actually amazing, I’ve been taking it daily ever since. I’ve read a lot about the immunity benefits, however I am not going to advise it for this purpose personally. I became very sick after July 4th with the flu (not COVID). It resolved after four days of 104 degree fever. To top it off, I immediately caught the “gay cold” the following week and was sick as a dog for the next three weeks. My immunity was likely weak due to the quarantine and WFH, but now a week later I have had a sinus infection for the past three days. Ironically, I’ve never been sicker since I started taking this! Perhaps I haven’t been taking it long enough to enjoy the immunity benefits, or I’m not taking enough, but since this medication also doesn’t combine well with blood thinners (Advil, Aspirin), it’s actually not great at all for sickness in my experience.

I bought Antony's Reishi powder for better health and can't definitively say it's helped, but what I do know is that it is a more delicious cup of coffee when I add a 1/8-1/4 tsp Reishi powder to my fresh brewed coffee. The powder itself has a very slightly sweet taste, but not enough to sweeten the coffee. Somehow it smoothes out the flavor of the coffee. I was sneaking it into my boyfriend's coffee for his health. He knew I did sometimes, but didn't really care and I didn't always do it, but whenever I did add it he consistently told me how I made such a perfect cup of coffee. My bag of Reishi powder is now permanently found next to the coffee jar.

I first purchased Reishi Mushroom powder for my dog who had lymphoma. Unfortunately, his condition was too advanced by the time I started his diet and I had to make that horrible decision. I'm beyond devastated but I have decided to continue using the Reishi Mushroom powder for my granddoggy who has been having it while my dog was still alive a couple of months ago. I mix it in with her food along with turkey tail mushroom powder too and add some water and mix it in well. I read another review that some dogs don't like it. Well, it's something you won't know until you buy it and until your dog uses it. As for my granddoggy, she loves it, she thinks I'm mixing her dry food with wet food and she licks the bowl clean. So far so good and her poop is solid so I'm not seeing any issues with it at all. I recommend it but of course, every dog is different so you have to make that judgement.

Love this product and always a fast deliver

I was buying another brand of reishi mushroom powder but decided to go with this brand since it's USDA organic certified, gluten-free and most importantly batch tested.Why batch testing? Years ago I learned that there was a particular supplement, let's say it's ginseng although I can't say for sure it's that particular product, there was a bad crap yet many supplement companies continued to sell the products. However a company that I was buying from refused to sell the product because they batch tested it and the results came back unfavorable. As a consumer that bothered me that I couldn't get my product but at the same time that made me happy that I was not buying a product that could possibly hurt me but also was a waste of money. For that reason, going with a company that batch tests is really important to me.Upon opening the product it smelled fresh and I liked that it told you how to get ahold of them through social media and a little bit of history about reishi powder.
