Titan Chair Titan Pod Massage Chair, INCHES, Brown

Received this in 2 days, fast shipping, got it yesterday. Its a nice looking chair. I am 6'1 and maybe a bit tall for it. The headrest pillow fills the area around the base of my neck. If I flip it up, I can rest the back of my head against the chair. The massage functions work nice. The "upper body" massage really only reaches up to about the middle of my back. Does not reach the upper back or shoulders at all. Its really all lower back massage. The hip squeeze airbag thing is interesting but doesn't do anything for me, I guess this is a massage technique?I paid full price for this here on Amazon. I'm not sure how I feel yet on value for $. Its probably worth it at about half the price. It is a comfy chair for gaming even with the massage stuff turned off, and it does look nice and appears to be well made - no loose parts etc.If it was a little big bigger and the massage actually reached all the way up to the upper back and shoulders it would be great. Also if the base allowed it to spin/rotate that would be a nice feature to add.

Nice looking small chair. Chair was defective. The massage rollers were stationary on your butt. They did not move up the supposed "L shaped" track, so therefore no back massage. I returned it in hopes of getting a working replacement. We'll update when the new one arrives.Update: I received my replacement chair and I have to say that it works pretty good. All of the functions are working great. The heat is a nice option on this small of a chair. That being said, it's a really small chair. Think gaming chair if you've ever seen one. I'm 5'11" 205 with 36" waist and I fit in it, but any wider and it would be tough. The airbags on the side of the hips is an interesting touch, but I've grown to like it. It gives a good butt/glute, and back massage with different speeds and variations to cover all the areas. I find the chairs "auto" mode works great for a good all around massage while watching the game. I like the chair now that I received a working one. Thank you amazon. I give the Chinese Quality Control zero stars, because of the consistency of defective chairs being delivered. It's a good looking little chair.

Chair isn't too bad. It helps. I bought this instead of the other chair I was looking at for about twice the price. So I was expecting it to not be the higher quality. Chair does pop when the massage part reaches a certain spot, but has held up. It is kind of on the smaller side though. Massage part only goes to about the middle of my shoulder blades. The kids love it though, usually have to get them out of it to use it.

The chair is perfect size for me! Easy to use and move with the roller wheels. I had the chair for about 7-9 months and it worked perfectly. I noticed about a week ago that just the air compression and heat on the sides seemed to stop working. I contacted Titan since these chairs have a one year warranty and they responded same day. I worked with Matthew at Titan and within a week they were shipping me a new chair. Can't thank the team enough for being so quick to response!

This chair is amazing, The size is perfect for me and the amount of space I have. The massage, very nice if I want to really feel it I flip the back cushion off. On Christmas Day the whole family had to try it 18 of them ,the response 2 thumbs up. The Titanpod is very well made stitching, material , the back headrest has Velcro so you can adjust to your height. I have back problems so this is an investment for me.

Smaller than pictured. Happy for the massage functions it does but not built for everyone, especially not heavy set people. Call it the Tiny Tim Slimmy Chair. Haaa!!!

Chair was smaller than expected

Manufactured defective. Rollers do not move up the track and the heat does not work. Clearly there is no quality control for this product. The "manual" is riddled with typos and errors so that should give you a clue.
