The color of the jewelry box is very pretty and so much room. Very easy to assemble. Well worth the money.

I purchased this for my sister for Christmas. I was hesitant because of the reviews, and that I couldn’t inspect the piece before purchase. But, it was on her Amazon Christmas List, so I bought it. It was worse than I ever imagined. It looked like it had been pick up from a garbage heap on the side of the road. It definitely looked used, and not “lovingly” used. The attached pictures don’t really show the level of damage and poor quality. Additionally, the marketing photos are misleading. They show the unit beside a bed making it seem taller. I realize dimensions are provided, but pictures tell a tale. Unfortunately, this tale was a lie. The unit is slightly over 3 feet tall, so if you plan on using the mirror, get ready bend or squat down to see yourself.I wouldn’t have paid $25 for this at a garage sale, never mind $250.

I used to jewelry box daily to put on and takeoff my jewelry. It’s very pretty and big very useful.

The armoire is a nice color, with lots of drawers and places to hang your jewelry. It is a very nice looking piece of furniture when you walk into the room. We had chips in the wood and nicks on the side doors. We reached out to the company to complain. They were going to send out replacement doors with no hassle. However, the next day they reached back out to tell us they were not in stock. Instead of forcing us to return the large armoire they instead provided a credit amount back to our account that would cover having someone local fix the damage. Sara did a great job keeping me informed about the process and letting me know when the credit would appear on my account. I know things get damaged and it is great when a company stands behind the products they sell.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas. I wrapped the box and on unpacking, I noticed some issues.Pros: Overall it looks nice, mostly well made, and good design. Inside is lined with felt material and looks nice. The drawers fit well and the "wing doors" fit well.Cons: 1. The lid comes separate from the unit which isn't an issue as the holes are pre-drilled except the lid has a pretty decent nick on the top back edge. The nick had to be at the factory as it has finish on it, I am guessing to hide the flaw. 2. Next the first drawer has a blob about the size of a dime that looks like the finish was blobbed or dripped and left to dry. I could sand it and try to re-finish that area, but matching the color would never be the same. 3. The side "wing doors" are pealing at the very front edge and the base wood shows. Not a huge amount, but enough to see. 4. The drawers have small dowel pins that should be mounted in the drilled holes so the drawer doesn't fall all the way out when opened. While unpacking, I noticed 3 of the 3/16" dowels in the drawers. I thought cool, I have extras, but then realized that they were from the holes. The issue is that the holes are drilled at 1/8" and the dowels are 3/16" and they are glued at the surface and pop off very easily not to mention the holes are full of glue. So the options are to drill out the glue and go get 1/8" dowel rods, cut them to fit and stain them or drill out the holes to 3/16" and re-insert the dowels with glue. Neither are what I want to do when I spent that kind of money for such a nice piece of furniture. Now we have the issue of a Christmas gift for my wife that has so many issues and looks like a second hand piece. It is too much of a hassle to re-pack and return, plus I cut the box up while unpacking so we are stuck with it. If it didn't have the flaws, I would have given it a 5 star review.

IMPORTANT! Yes I gave it 5 stars so message isn't hidden. Do Not buy from Ginatex! The left door on the jewelry box panel is bent/warped and won't close. It's bent so bad the door won't connect with the magnet to close. Tried to contact seller direct and through Amazon for replacement and they won't respond. So no customer service or contact info for this product, your screwed after paying $246!!!

I got this for my wife and she simply loves it. Plenty of storage, easy to assemble and made very solidly. I would highly recommend this Armoire to anyone looking for a great piece of furniture.
