Way better than I anticipated
I was not expecting to enjoy a low carb bagel. They arrived still frozen and I put them in the freezer. The first time I thawed in the microwave for 15 seconds and attempted to toast in the toaster oven. It didn’t caramelize well and seemed a little dry. Today I thawed one in the breadbox almost 2 hours and enjoyed with cream cheese spread. The natural thaw on toasted method produced a nice texture and good flavor. 120 calories and 16 grams of carbohydrates makes this a very good product.

Took a bite....
Disgusting. Morbid. Shouldn't be called bagels. I put it in the toaster, I was so excited cause I really missed bagels...put my favorite...'Philadelphia Cream Cheese' all over it, took one big bite and threw it in the garbage. It was harder than the cement outside. Maybe I could have used it to replace the counters in the kitchen in my apt and tell the leasing office mgr that I installed granite counters. He would never know they were supposed to be bagels. I don't know, but these are not bagels. Don't waste your money...

Really great when you are craving a bagel.
I have been in Keto for a couple of years and it was really nice to find these low carb bagels (I have tried others). Eaten plain they are a little dry, but with cream cheese, which is how I like mine, they are great. Not New York style and not cheap but for me they are a five.

Not a fan at all...
For the price these are just not worth it. The taste is very similar to making keto bread. Guess its the almond flour. The bagel is super dry though. I think there could be an internet challenge to eat a single one of these bagels plain with no drink. Not sure if anyone could complete it lol.Overall, I would never buy again. Nothing against the company, just to me, its not worth it. The taste is only ok. I make keto mug bread in the microwave often enough that I just dont need to have bread as badly as I used to. To me, its not really a big enough leap that makes me say its better than the mug bread in terms of being like bread. Im glad I tried it, others might find it better suited for themselves.

These are not bad.
These are not going to compare to regular bagels. Don't expect it.However, I got them for one purpose, to hold the stuff I want in a sandwich. I don't expect great flavor. But they work great for hamburgers, or chicken salad sandwiches. With any kind of sandwich filling that fits with your low-carb diet. Focus on getting your flavor from the filling, and you will be happy with these. They toast quickly, so watch them. I toast them lightly to stiffen them up a little, expecially when using egg or ham salad. I always have a couple of bags in the freezer. On the occasions when I need to take a quick snack with me, they work great. For a fast lunch, or even a breakfast sandwich with bacon, egg and cheese. These do the job.

JUST 3 STARS SHORT
okay, they are missing something...(of course they are missing something, that something is the taste-satisfying carbs they left out, those extra calories we learned to love and expect over all those bagel years)...Like pancakes & other items that are billed as low carb these too have a bit of a cardboard taste (not that I used to sit around munching on cardboard, though it wasn't half bad with a little salt and pepper), and those that said they were somewhat small I think meant they are a bit "skinny", (well those extra carbs and taste had to go somewhere) as their circumference is similar to the bagels from the bagel shop. Why only two stars? the 3 that I left out are divided equally between the flat taste and the high expense...and I truly did want to like them...

Tastes Like Sawdust
These bagels did not come close to being a supplement for a real bagel. You bite into them and you think, ok, this is going to be a good replacement. Then you chew and they turn to sawdust in your mouth. Water will wash down the mealy dust, but then you have to take another bite and you wish someone would tell you don't eat this just because you bought them. Toss it in the can and go get a scrambles egg! Never again for this gal.

The best low-carb bagel on Amazon
The best low-carb bagel on Amazon. I ordered a lot of low-carb and keto foods. The first thing we noticed on the previous order of another brand was how small they were. These were much better and much bigger. Normal size bagels. Maybe we were lucky but ours were perfectly soft and we ate two that day left two out to eat within the next couple days and put the rest in the refrigerator. We don’t find it necessary to put the bagels in the freezer. They stay fresh in the refrigerator. I believe the others who say their order did not come in good condition and that is a problem with this kind of thing. They need to get shipped and delivered right away and refrigerated if not eaten right away. It’s not like picking them up at the store. I found the packaging a little odd as they were well bagged but did not have product information on the bags so I had to look it up again. But I’m ordering a product online for a special purpose. I had some with cream cheese and some with avocado. I’m sure if I compared it to the best full carb bagel that bagel might win but that’s not something I would eat.
