Q: The product page says this is vanilla matcha. some reviews say it's a mix of various teas, the q&a says it contains 5 different teas? so what is this?

This is a downside of how Amazon shows reviews. Because you can select varieties other than the vanilla on the same page, it also shows reviews of the other varieties as well. It can be very confusing sometimes.

Scald the pot, put one heaping teaspoon per cup, plus "one for the pot". Pour boiling water over, cover and wait three minutes.

I noticed that I started losing weight faster after I started drinking 1.5 litres of green tea a day.
