This is by far the best. I've tried a few other products for my discomfort. Nothing really worked. I saw this and figured I'd try it. I'm so relieved I did because it helped so much to relieve my pain. They are much more smaller in size too. The only problem I have with this, is they don't keep it in stocked. However I highlyrecommend this if it's available.

Been using preparation H with no difference for pain. Immediately felt relief like nothing was wrong to begin with. Lasted all day too! Will definitely buy again.By the way, I don't write reviews unless I really believe in the product!

I always keep a pack at home, I don’t know why they stopped making the 24 in a pack. Please use if you have hemorrhoids, it is a life saver during flare ups

If you are struggling, just buy these. I spent way too much money trying to find relief, and this was the only thing that actually worked.Pro tip: Put them in the fridge before using—they feel even better when cool. Total game changer.

Excellent product, but the shipping is pathetically sllooooow. I don't understand why they can't ship like everyone else. It's takes weeks to arrive.

It's a very good deal and especially since this includes lidocaine as a numbing agent. Very simple to use and just don't let them in the heat because they will melt or break in half which if you have delivered in the summertime you would understand.

Recommend to anyone, it will not make the issue disappear but you will be able to at least walk all day long!
