Reasonably priced and delicious!
I purchased this organic orange peel powder because I'm older and it says on the internet and in my research that orange peel has a substance in it that helps to strengthen your arteries and veins. So I bought it. I actually just got into using it. I put about a teaspoon in my chocolate protein shake today and it was great! . There is a whole lot of product in that bag it's going to take quite a while to use it. They said it would be good for cakes etc, and I promise you it would be great in an orange cake or orange frosting. I'm going to try it in a green smoothie next I believe it will be wonderful. So if you enjoy oranges, I would highly recommend this one. My only suggestion would be a stronger bag. However if you have a canister or jar lying around that would solve the problem. I give this one 5 stars.

Smells musty
We dried and ground our own orange peel prior to ordering this. It smells amazing, is vibrant smelling and has a bright flavor when added to beverages etc. The color is also quite orange. We purchased this for a whole food vitamin c source. We’ve purchased several things from this brand before with no complaint until now. This product was nearly powder, Grayish in color, barely has a citrus scent, bitter tones and doesn’t taste citrus at all. I’m very sensitive to foods and I can have our “homemade” dried and ground peel with zero issues. With this stuff I started having some skin issues (resurgence of some rashes on my face and upper arms). So I’m not sure what this is but I can’t even use it. I removed it from its bag and stored in a mason jar. It just sits there. We found another brand to try and got camu camu instead for a whole food vitamin c source. It’s working well so far and no reactions.

It's ok
For its intended use, it's probably quite nice. I bought it to use in soap, and that didn't work out as well as hoped for. In soap, the texture becomes decidedly scratchy, a bit too much for everyday exfoliation. Probably would make a great addition to a mechanic's or gardener's soap.

Powder smells and tastes great. Used in a tea and also in cookies. Packaged to keep it fresh.

Great Citric Base for my Poultry Brines.
I’ve been using this product for a good while as an add in my Poultry Brine. It’s quick and easy opposed to boiling orange peels down and allowing to cool. A must try for anyone who brines meat to cook. Give the chicken or Turkey a pleasant citric pop to the food. I get rave reviews on all my cooking.

Very good quality
I was very pleased with the quality of the powder. The flavor was pretty good (not as strong as I'd hoped), the texture was fine grained (and appeared fresh), and it didn't have too much fiber from the white part of the peel (giving it just the right amount of bitterness). The only problem is that with the shipping, the cost comes to nearly 20$ a pound, a bit on the expensive side.
