This is an excellent product. My only complaint was that the instructions took me forever to work out and I'm still not sure that it's set up the way I want it to be. I would definitely recommend this because it delivers such a fine mist that it does cover a large room. It even tells you when you need to replace it.

Works well, plastic is fragile but good quality

This product worked great for about a week and a half. I absolutely loved it. It kept the office smelling great all time. I loved the adjust-ability to set it the way that worked best for us. Then the battery light started blinking and the air freshener would start beeping and didn't spray airfreshener anymore. I was unsure what this meant so I emailed customer service at Rubbermaid for some assistance on what the problem was. I haven't heard back from them and its been a week. There website said a response would take up to two days so expect some delay. I will have to try again since I can't use the product anymore until I figure this out. It is annoying in the office to have nonstop beeping and a product not working. If I could have gotten some help with this problem and gotten it fixed I would have given this a much higher rating. 10/14/16.....Still waiting for a response from Rubbermaid, but resubmitted my concern to Rubbermaid. Hopefully this time they will respond.. :(

Nice commercial grade automatic programming air freshener for bathrooms. We purchased for our quick serve restaurant an it works great. Refills are a bit costly, but what do you expect when it's for business.

I'm very happy with this! Works excellently ...May 21, 2018... I have two of these dispensers but the LumaCel battery stopped working on one of them. Will not recharge. I still love them but am disappointed with the battery fail! I happened to remember to try C batteries and that is working just fine. I have changed my star rating to 4 because of this.

Impossible to program properly. Entirely too user unfriendly.

I bought this to be used in the office. You can use it anywhere not only in the bathroom. It is fully programmable so you can pick the days that you like it to work. I wish I could pick different times for different dates. Other than that I am pleased with it.

I ordered 11 of these and one is defective. I like that they can be programmed so they are not running all night when nobody is on site.
