Strong & Sturdy handle to help you get strong & sturdy forearms
I drag this handle around in my gym bag and it is worth the added weight. It has a very heavy duty feel to it. Like a few others have noted it will need a little lube once in a while to keep it from squeaking. The rolling action is pretty smooth and the knurls on the handle are very grippy. I pair it with my Extreme Fat Grips to do cupping exercises for my forearms. The diameter of the handle is a little small compared to the inside of the Fat Grips handle but because of the good knurling friction keeps everything in place when you use it. No regrets.

was going to buy another if this was good
Does not revolve in handle due to a bad catch. I've been gone and just now had a chance to examine or I would have returned, planned on buying another to match but not now. Very poor quality.

A good piece of equipment
This is a well made piece of equipment that offers up a bit more variety than the conventional closed handle. I have been using it for rotational core work (attached to bands and cables) and find that it is ideal for movements that require two hands on the handle. I will get a lot of use out of this thing. Thanks for a solid product.

Well built - does the job
This is not built by an amateur. It is extremely sturdy. We use it for drags, pull downs, and armwrestling simulations. Because one side is open, it allows you to put your thumb toward the open side and not be constrained by a normal closed handle. It was very squeaky when I got it - a little WD-40 fixed it. I have nothing negative to say about this product.

These are heavy and durable. No flexing at all and the roller grip works great after a little lubrication.

Solid construction and product, but these should be re engineered to provide more wrist/arm clearance and a shorter handle and bearings for smoother operation

Great handle.
This handle is STOUT. I havnt been able to really test it out, but I have a ton of confidence in in. I only added a tiny bit of lube (wd40 or whatever) just for precautions, but I dont think that I needed it. I might buy another just to have 2.
