Draftec Advanced Keg Draft Beer Line Tap Cleaner 32 oz - Blue Tracer

Draftec Advanced Keg Draft Beer Line Tap Cleaner is a great product from the Amazon seller, The Beverage Factory. I started using this product last year when I purchased a cleaning pump kit from this seller on Amazon. I formerly used a powdered beer line cleaner, it worked, but not as well and it took more time to clean.The Draftec Cleaner works very well. I highly suggest using some type of surgical gloves when using this product as it will really start to burn your hands if not protected.The only negative thing that I have to say here is not with the product, but with delivery. It is no fault of Draftec or The Beverage Factory. It was no fault of Amazon either. The delivery problem was with UPS. It seems that UPS has started some sort of deal with The United States Post Office to finalize delivery of UPS's deliveries. Anyway, my delivery was lost and I never received it. I tried to contact and make a claim with UPS, but their website advised that I could not make a claim with them because the delivery was handed off to USPS. Then, UPS advised that I could have had them handle the whole delivery for $3.50 more. WHAT A CROCK!! First of all, the shipment was a Amazon Prime shipment, so why did I need to pay more for shipping, when I have free 2 day shipping to begin with! Second, I didn't even know I had a choice of letting UPS handle the shipment, and besides, it was my understanding that UPS was going to handle the whole delivery anyway. I must point out that The Beverage Factory stepped up to the plate when I e-mailed them, and with no hesitation the customer rep answered my letter, and quickly shipped me a replacement within a couple of days. THANK YOU BEVERAGE FACTORY!! I predict that UPS will be going down the tubes soon if they continue this relationship with USPS.
