Works as advertised; RV Power is great to work with
It works just great for my golf cart with solar panels on the top. I use my golf cart around the ranch like a UTV. I don't drive it a lot of mile per day, like someone using their golf cart to actually play golf. It keeps my cart charged and, so far, I have not had to plug it in to charge it. Great product. The seller (RV Power) was great to work with. I originally ordered the non-weatherproof version of this charger. When I read the instructions that clearly stated I needed the WP version for golf cart use, RV Power refunded my money and I ordered the WP version. Highly recommended (both the product and the seller).

Perfect for 12V to 48V charging
Put this in my sailboat to use a 12V solar panel to 48V battery bank (electric motor auxiliary). Easy to install; clear directions. Brilliant product. Seems to really maximize charging time, as expected from an MPPT controller.

Works and wait forever it….
They have awesome customer service. Had to email customer service because I’m an idiot, a guy named Ryan went above and beyond explaining how the amazing controller works. With his help, I was able to find my mistake. Just so if there peeps out like me that have a left over 48v 72cell 360w panel, and was like this is right on the boarder line of the max specs, do it! Pull that trigger, great product, charging my golf cart no matter the condition. If I have another solar project, this will be my first product I will turn to.

What do you do if it does not light up? Follow Up
Funny you should send me a request for a rating. Genasun has always been good in the past and perhaps I have a dud. I would like to get a resolution to this issue. After hooking it up, No indicator light is working.I checked the connections and instructions and still no light. I would like someone from Genasun to contact me to resolve the issue.Follow up: On a Saturday of all things, Ryan from Genesun called and worked on it via Facetime for about an hour. We solved the problem. Thank you for your time and great. I mean "GREAT" service. All is good and I continue to feel good about their product.Genesun Management........you got a fantastic service guy in Ryan. Top Kudos to you.
