The woman who does my floors for me unpacked this expensive mop today, put in batteries, and tried it out. At first the sprayer wouldn't work at all, then after she sprayed the floors with water in sections and used the mop to clean them, the sprayer started working. Then it quit again. Then the entire mop stopped working for a while. At this price, I expected perfection, not a dang puzzle. I'm old and disabled, so the thought of having to pack it up and return it - and buy a decent mop - makes me sick.

its really easy to move around the house and clean the floor.My husband and I love it! It makes the mopping process enjoyable and fun.However, the rechargeable battery keeps falling out from the base and stop mopping.We have to push it back and restart the mopping so many times which spoil the fun.I hope they can build the thing more solid...Overall, its a good product. It will be even better if it comes with steam function. :)

I like the product as it is very convenient. What I don’t like is the power button doesn’t function well.

I purchased this electric wireless mop for my grandma. Her legs are giving her problems so this mop was technically for my uncle who helps her mop the floor every weekend. This mop cleans all indoor surfaces. On the bottom of the mop it comes with 2 reusable mini rugs that rotate and makes her floor very clean and shiny. Two pros about this mop is that it’s wireless charging so it makes everything easier and faster. It’s also a one switch operation so it’s very easy to use.

I was totally skeptical on how well this spin mop would work but quickly changed my mind when I used it. As a senior citizen, pushing a mop back and forth to clean the floors is not one of my favorite things to do. This spin mop does not required hardly any pushing on my part at all. It gets in to corners well, runs so smoothly and is a dream to use...that is if you like mopping. It truly is a great machine and I'm very happy I purchased it.

We purchased this thinking it would be ok for our holiday home but the first one had a fault with the sprayer, and the second one which arrived was just not man enough for the job, great price but it is what it is spend more and by a better one.

I had to play with it a bit but wow did it pick up the dirt and it looks really nice and clean! I had to go over more than twice to get it clean! I think it's looking better as i go..a blessing to me as I can't get down and do edges etc I will be getting more mop ends as I go because it would be convenient to have two setsI didn't realize it was so dirty till I used this! ~~amazing~
