When I was in massage school we used Trailguide to the body through all of our anatomy hours- I'm a big fan of this book. I bought the cards to keep them in my massage studio- I use them with clients when we are talking about their pain, muscle groups and layers to help with identifying and understanding where we can work! These are fantastic and help me make a positive impression as a professional, and helps me connect with my clients.

Ok so these cards are amazing. So much better for learning origins and insertions and actions than just writing them on a notecard. These show you all the information you need as well as showing you the muscle itself. They are very detailed, well designed and very user friendly.

Exactly what I needed for PTA school. Each unit we examine different muscle groups so I wish it came with extra rings to keep the cards on instead of just one large ring. Have to be careful not to tear the cards, as one of my classmates had that happen in her set. Also I'm not sure why but there are a few fmuscles that we study that don't have cards for. That was probably up to the creator of this product.

Bought these for my boyfriend who is taking massage therapy. These follow the workbook exactly. Everyone in his class was envious and they formed a study group using these flash cards. They come with a corner hole so that you can put them on th O ring which was provided. Would highly recommend !

These are great for massage therapy students, pre-med, nursing, or anyone else taking anatomy and physiology class. One side of the card has the pictures and the terminology. The other side of the card has the picture and a letter that corresponds to each part, making this a great tool for studying alone or with a friend.

Excellent book. I'm in school now for Physical Therapist Assistant and this is well worth it. Great illustrations, great descriptions, great markings to body parts. If you're in school for anything related to the body this is worth the money.

I LOVE these flash cards!! I ordered them when I started a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training and they were ridiculously helpful. They show individual muscles broken down as well as muscle groups from multiple angles. If you need to study anatomy these are a must have!
