Honest review from hard to please
I always TRY product to give honest review. This is exactly as described and delivered as promised. The little house cavities are according to specs. Approximately 2x2.5" with 6 different styles. I must mention I do not use for food but to make Christmas village miniatures. So as far as what I purchased it for it works beautifully. The mold is thick sturdy and durable. Some I have wasted $$ on as the were very flimsy and tore with 1st use. This one will LAST A LONG TIME! There are no instructions but I think it is self explanatory. I do not see any down side to this at all. Beautiful mold inside lining that permits forms to release easily. Highly recommend vendor and product. Cannot be beat for price especially. I have spent 2x the amount and they were flimsy and tore. This one is incredible. Very happy.

Nice and big with easy removal
These were a little bigger than I thought, which was great because it made it easier for 7 year old to decorate. This was my first time using one of these types of molds and it was very easy to use. There’s is adequate space between each cavity which is helpful when stretching and pulling to remove chocolate from mold. They have good stretch but aren’t flimsy. Worked out perfectly. Next time I will tap the mold to remove air bubbles. Didn’t think of that and got a couple, but this isn’t a problem since we will be decorating them.

Makes for a cute bunch of cakes
This is really a cute idea when it came to Christmas this year. We wanted to do something different and the regular molds that are out there weren't what we were looking for. We decided we wanted to do a town theme and this fit the bill. Now I have worked with silicone cupcake molds before but never a cake mold. I wasn't sure how these cakes were going to turn out. I placed the molds on a cookie sheet and coated the inside of them with Wilton's cake release, yes I know they are silicone and should release easily but I have read that it is still good to coat the inside. These molds shouldn't be placed directly on an oven rack so you do still need cookie sheets or something similar when placing them in the over. I did overfill these, they are similar to cupcake tins, you don't fill them all the way to the top. If you go to close to the top you do have to cut off the puff of cake that is there when the cake is done. Once the cakes were cooled the ones on the outside did release rather easily, the little cake in the middle took a little coaxing to get out but I will say with these molds it was much easier and the cake didn't break apart. I was left with 6 little houses that did seem to hold the design when everything was finally cooled and set out. We were going to decorate them but the details did get a little lost. Instead we dusted the cake with powdered sugar giving the houses a snowed on look.Overall these are cute little molds, they release easily, and clean up is okay. There will be some cake residue left on the inside of the mold so I did have to be extra careful when I cleaned them.

Nice details, great for a making soap with
These got a lot of compliments when I used the mold to make melt-n-pour soap. I used oatmeal soap base, and added gingerbread cookie essential oil, and the soap smelled fantastic. They were a big hit with the people who got them! Mold is nice quality and the detail on the little houses is super charming and adorable. Note that for a bar of soap, these are rather big - about as big as a regular bath soap bar would be, not a hand soap.

Easy to use mold.
I really like this mold. I used McDonald's dipping sauce cups to make them hollow because I'm using resin. They turned out BEAUTIFUL.

Unpleasant experience
I am an experienced baker and after three attempts to use this mold, I threw it in the trash. My batter stuck every time no matter how much oil or butter I put in to keep it from sticking.
